The Big Brands Have Changed

We could all name a few of the brands that have been around for years. Many of us have slept on those brands and have come to trust their names. Unfortunately, we have experienced first hand that the quality of the product and the service are not what they used to be.

This left us facing multiple challenges. Not only were we disappointed, but even worse our customers were. We decided a few years ago to fully transition away from carrying the “big” brands. Knowing we could not fully control the product or the service that we were selling to you just wasn’t good enough. It’s been the best decision!
